International Evangelistic Campaign

Faith, participation and gratitude

Organise the campaign without drawing on church funds

Invite 33 people to give a voluntary offering of £20 each towards organising the International Evangelistic Campaign. Each participant receives a book as an expression of gratitude. Fire Sowers Ministries covers the cost of supplying and sending all 33 books.

A seven-step strategy for sharing the 33 books

  1. 1. Introduce the purpose to the church

The pastor explains the International Evangelistic Campaign and invites the congregation to take part in this evangelistic initiative.

  2. 2. Begin with the first three books

Use the first three copies to introduce the titles and encourage interest in reading and taking part.

  3. 3. Organise a dedicated team

As the first three copies are distributed, form a team to keep a confidential record of the 33 people who wish to contribute.

  4. 4. Explain the offering and the expression of gratitude

Invite each participant to give a voluntary offering of £20. Each person will receive a book as an expression of gratitude. Fire Sowers Ministries covers the cost of supplying and sending the books.

  5. 5. Follow the four deliveries

The 33 copies are supplied in four batches: 3 + 10 + 10 + 10. The next batch is arranged after the offerings for the previous batch have been received. The team tracks deliveries and keeps participants informed of expected delivery dates.

  6. 6. Add a personal dedication

The pastor may write a personal dedication in each book, making the presentation an opportunity for encouragement and individual thanks.

  7. 7. Encourage reading and testimonies

After the books have been given out, encourage participants to read them and share what they have learnt, extending the benefits throughout the life of the church.

Four deliveries, one shared purpose

3 + 10 + 10 + 10 = 33 books

The first three books are sent before the first deposit. Each subsequent batch of ten is sent after the offerings for the previous batch have been received. The church gives each book to its participant with thanks.

33 people × £20 = £660

These offerings help cover the costs of organising the campaign, including books, delivery, travel, accommodation and practical arrangements.
